What this feed is

Two hundred items, mostly machine-generated filing stubs, one-line analyst notes and TradingView chart posts. Twenty were read in full, and of those only five carry real content: INVE Technologies, Applied Digital, Fortinet, Northrop Grumman and Thermo Fisher. The rest of the full reads are Form 8-K headline stubs with no body text at all.

INVE Technologies on buyback and preliminary Q3

The biggest single move described is INVE Technologies, up 23.0% pre-open to $2.73 from a $2.22 close. The company put out preliminary Q3 2026 numbers guiding to revenue of $2.9m to $3.1m, gross margin of 18% to 19% and net income of $0.4m to $0.8m, a return to profit after a long run of losses. Alongside that it opened a modified Dutch auction self-tender for up to $20m of stock at $2.85 to $3.40, a floor roughly 28% above the prior close, with directors and officers saying they do not intend to tender. Volume ran more than 18 times average. The company is the former Identiv, renamed in September 2026 after selling its IoT assets, now pitching a physical AI SaaS model under interim CEO James Greenwell, and it had been sitting near its 52-week low of $2.21 days earlier.

Applied Digital, Soluna and the AI data-centre thread

Applied Digital rose 3.5% pre-open on three things at once. Roth/MKM reinstated coverage at Buy with a $35 target, citing execution certainty from secured equipment, a repeatable AI factory design and better lease economics on new capacity. Separately, Applied Digital and Soluna Holdings signed a definitive agreement for a joint venture on a 50 MW wind-powered AI and HPC data centre near Silverton, Texas, with Applied Digital taking 51% on closing by year-end. And in the prior week President Jason Zhang and CEO Wes Cummins bought about $6.7m of stock between $18.04 and $19.16. Shares were near $20.01 against a 52-week high of $50.73, with CoreWeave and IREN also rebounding as a neocloud financing-driven selloff eased. The Soluna 8-K is in the feed too, but as a bare stub.

Fortinet cut two notches by Arete

Fortinet fell 2.7% pre-open after Arete Research went straight from Buy to Sell with a $117 target, about 31% below the prior close of $170.93, on the view that valuation has outrun fundamentals. That sits awkwardly against Truist, which raised its target to $200 on 20 October while keeping Buy; consensus is nearer $161.75. The article also notes insiders have sold over $36m of stock in 90 days, Q3 results are due 28 October with consensus of $0.86 EPS on $2.06bn revenue, and the sector has been jumpy since a mid-October report that OpenAI was in talks to buy a cybersecurity startup, which hit Palo Alto and CrowdStrike too. A second headline-only item covers the same downgrade.

Northrop Grumman and Thermo Fisher earnings

Guggenheim raised Northrop Grumman to $640 from $612, Buy maintained, after Q3. Northrop held its 2026 revenue outlook and gave first 2027 guidance of 5% to 7% top-line growth, above the 5.5% high end for 2026, with further acceleration flagged for 2028 and management saying that can be done on the DoD base budget alone. The 2027 view includes margin expansion and core free cash flow growth of 16% at the midpoint; Guggenheim's EPS cut for 2027 is purely pension-related. Q3 adjusted EPS was $7.89 against $7.18 expected on $11.12bn revenue, and Baird separately upgraded to Outperform with a $675 target. Thermo Fisher beat as well, with adjusted EPS of $6.68 versus $6.40 and revenue of $12.14bn versus $11.95bn, organic growth of 6%, adjusted operating margin up 120bp to 24.5%, and raised full-year guidance to $47.7bn-$48.2bn revenue, $25.13-$25.43 EPS and $7.0bn-$7.5bn free cash flow. The stock still fell 2.53% premarket to $669.98, near the top of its 52-week range. Note about $0.15 of the EPS beat came from tariff refunds, Life Sciences Solutions grew only 1% organically, and some Pharma Services strength was timing pulled into Q3.

The 8-K stubs

A dozen-plus Form 8-K items were read in full and contain nothing beyond the title and the site's price tables: UniFirst, Imunon, MillerKnoll, Zedge, Voyager Therapeutics, NextEra, Orrstown, Strive, Soluna, Teledyne, UDR, Abbott and M/I Homes. Where the underlying news exists, it is in the headline-only lines instead: Imunon selling ThermoDox rights to VoxelDox, MillerKnoll naming Jeff Stutz permanent CEO, UDR raising 2026 guidance and forming a $2bn apartment joint venture with Apollo, Voyager appointing Robin Swartz as president with a CEO succession plan, and Strive declaring first dividends on its SATS preferred at a 15% annual rate.

Analyst notes, headline only

A heavy cluster of broker lines, none read in full. Stephens moved on four banks the same day: up on United Community Banks after a margin beat, down on Commerce Bancshares on weaker net interest income, down on Fifth Third on the 2027 outlook, and down on BOK Financial on a trading fee slowdown. Mizuho cut Six Flags on leverage, raised Neptune Insurance to $33 on guidance, and reiterated Zoom after long-term targets were lifted, with Oppenheimer separately upgrading Zoom on AI platform traction. JPMorgan cut Corning and GE Aerospace on valuation and raised 3M on turnaround progress. Also listed: Needham raising Equifax on margins, Rosenblatt raising Super Micro on a revenue beat, Susquehanna cutting Las Vegas Sands on Macau, UBS turning bearish on Maersk over a ship glut, Goldman on Legrand as a data-centre beneficiary, Northland upgrading Transcat, and Citi on media stocks' AI re-rating.

Corporate and macro headlines

eBay is cutting about 9% of its workforce per an internal CEO memo, carried both as a Reuters exclusive and a Deltaone flash. A separate flash says OpenAI and Google struck a distribution deal bringing GPT-6 Astra and Codex to Google Cloud. On Russia, three items: a first diesel cargo heading to the US on Thursday, the Putin-Witkoff meeting ending, and the White House announcing the release of Stephen Hubbard. Other one-liners include AT&T beating on Q3 but the stock sinking on wireless subscriber growth, HII raising its dividend to $1.41, Viasat launching the Maxwell spacecraft for NASA, Cognyte winning a $20m-plus NATO-nation defence contract, Data I/O closing its $23m V-TEK acquisition, Alpha Modus disclosing over $250m of bitcoin, Northern Trust and OFG Bancorp beating, M/I Homes up 14% despite an earnings miss, and India's infrastructure output up 7.9% in September.

Chart posts

Roughly a third of the feed is TradingView and similar technical commentary on gold, bitcoin, the S&P, Nasdaq, DAX and assorted FX pairs. Headline-only, opinion-based, nothing factual to extract.
