Brief

What this feed mostly is

Two hundred items, and the large majority are machine-generated filler: SEC Form 4 and Form 144 filings (Strategy Inc, Oklo, Snowflake, Clorox, Ingredion, Commercial Metals, Ultragenyx, Better Home & Finance, three separate abrdn Global Infrastructure Income Fund director filings), dozens of TradingView chart posts on gold, bitcoin, EURUSD and Turkish small caps, and Investing.com's "Live levels" technical series on Tesla, Micron, Intel, Microsoft, the Dow, the S&P and the dollar index. The filings I read in full contained no detail beyond the headline itself, just the ticker and the date. Below is what actually had content.

Match Group at a 52-week high

Match Group hit $44.95, a 52-week high, trading about 1% below that peak and up 36% year to date and 35.9% over twelve months. The article cites a P/E of 15.81 and a PEG of 0.37, and notes management has been buying back shares aggressively. On the fundamentals, second quarter adjusted EPS came in at $0.70 against a $0.65 forecast, while revenue of $853 million just missed the $857.25 million expected; adjusted EBITDA rose 14% year on year to $331 million. Evercore ISI upgraded to Outperform on an expected acceleration in Tinder's user recovery, JPMorgan started coverage at Neutral with a $43 target, and Susquehanna kept Positive at $45.

Hagerty also at a 52-week high

Hagerty closed at $15.53, a new 52-week high, up roughly 41% over six months, 5% in the past week and 39.19% over a year. Second quarter adjusted loss was $0.02 per share against an expected $0.08 loss, with revenue ahead of forecasts on record policy growth, a 19% rise in written premiums and stronger marketplace sales, after which the company raised its full-year outlook. Separately, Hagerty Holding Corp announced a secondary offering of 8.25 million Class A shares, with a 30-day underwriter option on a further 1,237,500. The piece flags a P/E of 84.93.

Hub Group and Fermi at 52-week lows

Running the other way, Hub Group traded at a 52-week low of $25.62, down 30.6% over the year, 38% over six months and 37% year to date. The article attributes it to general logistics-industry pressure rather than a single event, but notes real company-specific trouble: J Capital flagged accounting issues and delayed regulatory filings that could lead to delisting, and David Yeager is returning as CEO with Phil Yeager moving to focus on operations. Even so, Baird upgraded to Outperform with a $29 target and Stifel moved from Sell to Hold; UBS stayed Neutral at $38. Fermi Inc hit $2.99, a 52-week low against a 52-week high of $30.90, an 88.3% decline over the year. Fermi posted a Q2 loss of $0.04 per share, raised a $431 million upsized convertible note for about $382 million net, and has a binding long-term agreement with TensorWave potentially worth $6.5 billion over 15 years plus a credit support deal with AMD on the 222 MW Phase One lease. Texas Capital kept a Buy and $20 target. The article says the company is burning cash quickly and carries a weak financial health rating.

Ramp seeks a federal trust charter

Ramp applied to the OCC to set up Ramp National Trust Bank, a non-depository entity that would do fiduciary investment management and custody of digital assets without taking deposits or lending. The fintech was valued at $60 billion in its latest round per Bloomberg, on annualised revenue of about $2 billion. The point is to offer corporate clients institution-grade custody under one federal framework rather than state-by-state licensing.

Earnings-move previews for Oct 26

Two options-implied move pieces, both from Bloomberg data. Welltower is priced for a 2.6% move on its Oct 26 after-close report, and has exceeded the implied move in six of the last eight prints, most dramatically in February when options said 3.5% and the stock did 10.9%. Principal Financial is priced for 5.2%, but has only beaten the implied move in three of the last eight. Headline-only versions of the same series cover Amkor (12% implied), Rambus (14%), Cadence (6.2%), Twenty One Capital (12%), Noble (3.5%), Alexandria (3.4%) and Brown & Brown (1.8%).

AI and compute headlines, not read in full

Several AI-adjacent items are headline-only: Nscale in talks with Anthropic on a $45 billion cloud computing deal with an IPO looming, reported by Bloomberg News; DeepSeek teaming with Huawei to challenge Nvidia; Nvidia setting a 104-qubit quantum simulation record on the JUPITER supercomputer; Anthropic committing a 5% stake to a new public benefit fund, with Musk arguing for direct share donations to children instead. LiveRamp appears twice, once hitting a 52-week high of $38.31 and once rising as the FTC cleared the Publicis acquisition, both headline-only.

Trump items

The two Truth Social video posts I read in full are both Fox-style segments about the Lincoln Memorial reflecting pool. They claim the $14 million restoration is peeling and allege vandalism rather than contractor failure: a 20-foot liner slash on June 9 described by the New York Times as two 171-foot blade cuts, a second incident on June 19 where a man was filmed tearing the liner by hand and was stopped by the National Guard, and the arrest of a former Olympic canoeist and Democratic donor on a misdemeanour destruction-of-government-property charge, who says he was a concerned citizen. The president is quoted saying five people are arrested and five under investigation. Separately, and unrelated in tone, a Reuters/Ipsos poll headline says Trump approval has fallen to a record low of 31% as the midterms approach, echoed by a markets wire post. Other headline-only Trump items cover judicial nominations in Indiana and Nebraska and remarks on Europe, immigration and Ukraine negotiation.

Background tape visible in the page furniture

The market data embedded in those Investing.com pages shows a split session: FTSE 100 down 1.08% at 10,764.69 with banks and miners leading the fall, DAX down 1.24%, but S&P 500 up 0.43% and Nasdaq up 1.11%, with VIX down more than 7%. US 10-year at 5.147%, up 0.047. Brent $109.35, WTI $98.36, gold futures $4,159, silver $57.19. Among US movers on that page, Amazon +4.98%, Tesla +3.76%, WDC +6.12%, SanDisk +5.50%, with FMC, Mosaic and NRG at the bottom.

Everything else

The remainder is routine: CMS Energy declaring a 57 cent quarterly dividend, Prologis upgraded to buy at Freedom Broker on valuation, Estee Lauder naming a new Clinique marketing head, Helius Minerals delaying its Serra Pelada closing, CBIZ missing on Q3 with a $5 billion Grant Thornton acquisition alongside it, agricultural wrap-ups on corn, wheat, hogs and cocoa, and a long tail of chart-setup posts. None of those were read in full.
