What this feed actually is

Almost all 200 items here are filing stubs and chart posts rather than news. Twenty were read in full and nineteen of those turned out to be SEC Form 4 and Form 144 notices from Investing.com (Woodward directors Petryszyn, Paterson, Hess, Korte, Curado and Bhalla, Disney directors Chang, Gorman, Darroch, Everson, Barra, Froman and Lagomasino, plus Blackstone, Amazon, Janel, Netsol and three Bluerock Private Real Estate Fund trustees), and in every case the page carries only the headline and site furniture, with no share counts, prices or transaction detail in the body. So there is nothing to report from them beyond the fact that the filings exist.

Market levels carried on those pages

The one piece of hard data those pages do carry is the quote panel. At capture, FTSE 100 was 10,881.90, up 41.55 or 0.38%, DAX 25,622.61 up 0.95%, Nikkei 65,324.29 up 1.39%, while the S&P 500 was 7,659.44, down 84.62 or 1.09%, and the Dow 52,002.41, down 0.34%. WTI crude stood at 99.02, up 3.87 or 3.95%, with Brent roughly flat at 109.69; gold futures 4,186.70 up 0.40%, silver 57.14 flat, London cocoa down 3.23%. US 10-year was 5.098%, UK 10-year 5.3776%. That is a sidebar snapshot rather than reported news, but it is the real numbers behind a soft US session against firm Europe and Japan, and a sharp jump in WTI.

Iran and the Strait of Hormuz

The geopolitical thread runs through several headline-only items and the "most popular" lists on the pages read: Iran has appointed a new defence minister amid escalating tensions with the US, tankers have been hit near Hormuz, and Tehran has put forward a plan to reopen the strait. A separate headline says Iran is urging the US to accept that proposal, and an X post from DeItaone quotes Iran's foreign minister saying the seven-day proposal to reopen Hormuz is still on the table. Given WTI's near-4% move on the same page, this is the one live macro story in the section, though none of these items were read in full.

Other named news headlines

Headline-only, without the underlying detail: Microsoft has pulled out of a UK data centre deal with Nscale, per the Telegraph, carried by two outlets; Ledger crypto wallets were compromised in a hardware attack linked to a $90m theft; China has proposed export curbs on 12 key solar manufacturing technologies; Russia struck Ukraine's energy sector 76 times in a week according to Zelenskiy; ICICI Bank's ADR earnings missed with revenue in line; EOS fell 11%; and an analyst round-up flags a Street-high price target on Meta and a double upgrade for Salesforce. An IMF/World Bank meetings analysis is described as leaving developing countries with more questions than answers.

Insider transactions with figures

A few of the insider headlines do carry numbers: Princeton Bancorp director Martin Tuchman sold $95,160 of shares, Flexsteel director William Creekmuir sold over $101,000, and Olesen Value Fund sold $716,664 of Solitron Devices. At the other end, two RGC Resources officers bought token amounts, $200 and $100.

The TradingView bulk

Roughly half the remaining list is TradingView chart commentary on gold, bitcoin, the dollar index, EURUSD, GBPUSD and assorted alt-coins, titled as setups and weekly outlooks. These are individual authors' technical posts, not reporting, and there is no substance in them beyond the headlines shown.
