What this feed actually is

Of the 200 items here, the overwhelming majority are SEC filing stubs and retail chart posts with no content behind them. The Form 144s (Glaukos, Radware, Crocs, Masco, RTX, NBH Bank, Home Bancshares, Eli Lilly, Group 1 Automotive, Life Time, Ascent Industries) and Form 4s (a long run of American Eagle directors and officers filed for 28 October, plus Blackstone, Humana, Boeing, AMD, Scotts Miracle-Gro, Cincinnati Financial, various insurance separate accounts and fund trusts) were read in full and genuinely contain nothing but the filing title and the website's furniture. No share counts, no prices, no commentary. Treat them as a filings ticker, not news. Likewise the several dozen TradingView posts on BTC, ETH, gold, NAS100, GBPUSD and individual megacaps are headline-only chart opinions.

Interface Q3 miss

The one real earnings item read in full: Interface (TILE) reported third-quarter EPS of $0.61 against a $0.62 consensus, a penny short, with revenue of $377.61 million versus $378.1 million expected. The stock closed at $36.81 beforehand, up 5.29% over three months and 47.83% over twelve. In the prior 90 days the name had one positive and two negative EPS revisions.

Market backdrop visible on the pages

The quote tables carried inside those full-text pages give the day's tape as of publication: S&P 500 7,580.07 down 1.82%, Dow 51,770.31 down 1.09%, Nikkei down 2.12%, VIX up 12.91% to 19.42. Gold futures 3,884.90 down 3.63% and silver 49.14 down 6.20%, against Brent up 2.08% at 113.10 and WTI up 0.93% at 102.95. US 10-year at 4.929%, down 6bp. The semis were where the damage was: Intel down 28.58%, SanDisk down 13.47%, Datadog down 11.50%, Qualcomm down 11.12%, Astera down 10.93%, AMD down 10.88%, Dell down 10.77%, Nvidia down 4.22%. Gainers were elsewhere, FMC up 30.53%, Regeneron up 13.33%, Global Payments up 12.97%, GoDaddy up 10.72%. In London, AstraZeneca up 6.96% and BT up 6.71% against NatWest down 8.75% and Lloyds down 5.23%. The site's own most-read list headlined "Nasdaq slides over 5% for worst month since March 2025 as AI trade suffers," which fits the rest of it.

Iran and the Strait of Hormuz

A cluster of DeItaone wire headlines carries Iranian foreign minister Araqchi speaking to Al Jazeera: Tehran says reopening the Strait of Hormuz on its own terms would pave the way for resuming talks with Washington, demands recognition of a new shipping route agreed with Oman and closure of other routes, wants sanctions imposed after the Islamabad MoU lifted and US forces in the region reduced, and says it will decide whether any talks are direct or indirect only after the US accepts those conditions. No meeting is planned at present. Separately, Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei is reported ordering the armed forces to update their target list to bring all US and Israeli assets within striking range, raise ammunition and weapons production, and respond to any threat immediately and without geographic restriction. That's the headline wording; there's no article behind these. Worth holding against the crude move above.

Analyst and corporate headlines

Headline-only, but concrete: Deutsche Bank says tech risk-reward turns favorable after the rout, Citi upgraded Hyundai Mobis to buy on the fourth-quarter outlook, OpenAI has cut its funding target amid Meta and Microsoft offerings and an Anthropic IPO (Investor's Business Daily), SoftBank-backed OPay cancelled a $304 million US IPO over a regulatory inquiry (Bloomberg via Investing.com), and Samsung hosted OpenAI's Altman for talks on AI chips and infrastructure.

Smaller earnings and insider buys

Several non-US earnings items appear headline-only: NTPC's Q2 FY27 slides showing capacity growth and profit gains with the stock rising, Clean Science posting record Q2 revenue with shares falling, Tempsens reporting 34% revenue growth with margin pressure and shares falling, and Organización Soriana posting weak Q3 sales. On the insider side, small director purchases at Medifast ($68,027 by Kiai Parsa), First Financial ($99,816 by Michael Denny), OceanFirst ($89,500 by the CFO) and Bank of Marin ($1,137), against a $405,783 sale by Home Bancshares director John Allison II.
