What this feed actually is

Almost nothing in these 200 items is news. The great majority are automated SEC filing stubs from Investing.com (Form 4 insider transactions, Form 144 notices of proposed sale, a few S-1, 424B5, DEF 14A and 13D/A items) plus a long tail of user-posted TradingView chart ideas on gold, Bitcoin, Nifty and major FX pairs. Twenty items were read in full, and all twenty turned out to be filing stubs with no body text at all: Amkor, Procter & Gamble, EnerSys, SLB, Aramark, Microsoft, Vogenx, Shoulder Innovations, Eton, Afya, Huckleberry.ai, CarGurus and Alkermes on Form 4; Worthington Steel, Artiva, Relay Therapeutics, MongoDB, Porch Group, MeiraGTx and LuxExperience on Form 144. Each page carries only the headline, a timestamp and a ticker tag. There is no transaction size, no insider name, no reason given in any of them.

Market snapshot carried on every page

The one piece of substance in those full-text pages is the site's own market table, which is page furniture rather than reporting, but it is consistent across all twenty. It shows FTSE 100 at 10,552.05, up 1.06%, DAX up 1.13%, S&P 500 up 0.59% at 7,811.54, Dow up 0.83% at 51,654.95, and Nikkei essentially flat at minus 0.02%. Precious metals are the strongest line: silver futures up 2.84% at 61.11 and gold futures up 1.52% at 4,220.30, with copper up 2.17%. Oil is the other way, Brent down 0.29% at 104.42 and WTI roughly flat at 91.66. Among UK single names listed, Vodafone is down 4.86% and BT down 2.38%, against HSBC up 1.10% and BHP up 2.32%. US 2-year and 5-year yields are a touch higher, UK gilt yields a touch lower across the curve.

Insider sales with figures attached

The headline-only insider items do carry numbers, and they are almost entirely sales. Procter & Gamble CFO Andre Schulten sold $568,860 of stock, Ligand Pharmaceuticals CLO Andrew Reardon $1.52 million, Everpure chief accounting officer Mona Chu $399,850, Amkor a director $275,000, Toast CRO Jonathan Vassil $230,168, Eton Pharmaceuticals CBO David Krempa about $229,000, and RingCentral director Amy Shenkan disposed of $99,710. IPG Photonics appears twice, with IP Fibre Devices Ltd selling $1.3 million of stock and director Eugene Scherbakov $259,994. The single buy in the set is a Mueller Water Products director, Healy, purchasing $29,927. These are headlines only, so no explanation accompanies any of them.

The few genuine news headlines

A handful of real stories sit in the feed, all headline-only. Several concern the Riyadh airport attack: organisers say major Saudi conferences will go ahead despite it, and Yemen's Houthis have renewed a warning over Saudi airports following it. Separately, Russian tech group Yandex is reported to have halted its Vladimir data centre after a fresh drone attack. On corporate deals, two Reuters-sourced items say INWIT shareholders are lining up financing for a possible take-private. Deutsche Bank's CEO is reported urging faster German reforms and more flexible labour laws. There is also an analyst roundup, "5 big analyst AI moves," whose headline says Google was reaffirmed as a top pick after the Gemini agent launch, a weekly "Street Calls" piece, and an analysis arguing yen weakness since 2025 has been confined to offshore trading hours.

Chart posts and social noise

The remainder is retail chart commentary, heavily weighted to gold and Bitcoin, and it points in both directions at once: XAU/USD bearish continuation setups sit next to bullish repricing and symmetrical-triangle posts, and Bitcoin ideas range from shorts around 83,100 to targets above 85,000. Treat it as sentiment colour, not information. The X items are Elon Musk promoting Grok's bot, a Saylor one-liner, and a DeltaOne post stating Pope Leo will undergo lung surgery this week after a growth was found on a routine check.
