Most of this section is filler. Of the twenty items read in full, three are Investing.com Form 4 insider-filing stubs (Rocket Companies, Doximity, SentinelOne) that contain no filing detail at all beyond the headline, and the other sixteen are Donald Trump Truth Social posts, almost all of them reposts of supporters' tweets about rally crowds, midterm enthusiasm, a Denzel Washington quote card, a Kid Rock clip, and a Tennessee voter saying every day under Trump "is like Christmas." The one piece of concrete content in them: Trump wrote that his next rally stops are Youngstown, Ohio for Senator Jon Husted and Vivek Ramaswamy's governor run, then Alaska for Dan Sullivan and Nick Begich. Nothing market-related. The rest of the 200 items are headline-only, and a large share are individual traders' TradingView chart setups on gold, bitcoin and FX, which carry no news.
Market levels off the Investing.com pages
The one useful thing in the Form 4 pages is the quote board they carry. At capture, FTSE 100 was 10,641.09, up 0.84%, DAX up 0.84%, S&P 500 at 7,811.54 up 0.59% and the Dow up 0.83%. Brent was 106.40, up 1.60%, WTI 93.42, up 1.71%. Gold futures were 4,186.45, down 0.71%, silver down 0.26%, copper up 1.08%. US 10-year at 5.256%, 2-year 4.791%, UK 10-year 5.4374%. UK banks led the movers list: HSBC up 2.02%, Barclays up 1.70%, Lloyds up 1.62%, with Vodafone down 1.10%. Treat the exchange gainer and loser tables on those pages with care, they show absurd prints like Wirecard down 98% and Trane up 430% on handfuls of shares.
Oil, the Gulf and the Russia diesel deal
The busiest real story across the headlines is energy, pulled two ways. Several items reference Houthi missile and drone strikes on Saudi Arabia, with a report of an attack on Riyadh's airport said to have killed at least 12 and injured hundreds, and Iran offering to mediate between Riyadh and the Houthis. Against that, Trump's Russia-Ukraine energy ceasefire and a Russian diesel release are described as softening crude, with one post noting the stated 4.8 million tonnes would cover roughly nine days of US diesel demand. Zelensky is quoted saying Ukraine has influence over whether those ships sail and those refineries run, and Merz said a diesel deal is out of the question for Germany and sanctions should be tightened. Salesforce was upgraded to Buy at Bank of America on AI platform trends, carried by both Investing.com and IBD. IonQ is reported buying Elisity for $1.3 billion, IREN reportedly joined Anthropic's cloud providers with shares jumping, and a Hon Hai subsidiary sold its Zhen Ding stake for $3.2 billion. BASF is reported pledging to protect Evonik jobs and German sites in any takeover. Strategy bought 250 BTC for $21.5 million at an average $86,194 and repurchased $192 million of preferred, taking the holding to 848,250 BTC. World Steel cut its 2026 demand forecast on China and war disruption.

A long run of broker headlines, none read in full: Guggenheim raising Everpure to $215 on hyperscaler growth and Elevance to $460, Stephens raising SailPoint, H.C. Wainwright raising Rhythm Pharmaceuticals to $130 on a Japan approval and Kodiak Sciences on trial data, JPMorgan turning bullish on Biogen ahead of 2027 catalysts, StoneX reiterating Buy on Lifeway at $35 and Sell on Roblox, Cantor neutral on Lucid at $8, BTIG downgrading UWM on rate headwinds, and new initiations on Hemab, Quoin and Prenetics. Goldman also named three beneficiaries of high-performance NAND. Insider sales appear at DoorDash, Grindr, OneMedNet, Doximity and Rocket.

Almost nothing in these 200 items is reported news. The twenty items read in full are all Investing.com stubs for SEC Form 4 and Form 144 filings dated 11 October, and every one of them is a headline with no body: no insider name, no share count, no price, no transaction type. The only usable information on those pages is the quote widget and the ticker change shown alongside each filing. The remaining bulk is TradingView user chart posts, mostly on gold, EURUSD and bitcoin, which are individual trade opinions rather than reporting.
Tickers attached to the filing stubs
Taking the figures the filing pages themselves displayed, Humana was the standout at +11.56%. Constellation Energy was +4.56% and FuelCell Energy +4.55% on a Form 144, while Exascale Labs was the worst of the group at -4.90%. Woodward +3.73%, SentinelOne +3.43%, Maravai +3.19%, Natera +2.54% and BETA Technologies +2.34% followed, with Wrap Technologies -3.40%, Sonic Automotive -1.54%, Peoples Bancorp -1.40%, Avidbank -0.96%, UL Solutions -0.93%, Amerant -0.90% and Helmerich and Payne -0.77% on the other side. CoreWeave, Marvell and Jefferies were effectively flat. None of the articles says anything about why any of these moved; the filing and the quote simply sit on the same page.
Insider sales, with amounts
The headline-only items do put numbers on some of the same filings. UL Solutions president and CEO Jennifer Scanlon sold $876k of stock, Beta Technologies CEO Kyle Clark $612,234, SentinelOne CFO Sonalee Parekh $413,291, Marvell's SVP and chief accounting officer $300,949, MediaAlpha CEO Steven Yi $263,320, and Palo Alto Networks director Bawa $103,070. Two outliers in the headlines are an InnSuites Hospitality Trust sale by CEO Wirth stated at $2.17 billion and a Mineralrite director selling $106.7m of preferred shares, both figures that look odd against the size of those companies, and neither headline gives any detail behind them. A prominent Republican senator says Trump's Russian diesel deal may be illegal, and a DeItaone post adds that Senator Thom Tillis is the one raising it, with Bessent defending the deal and Canada objecting. Another DeItaone post says a Witkoff and Kushner trip to Moscow has been put on hold, per Axios. Also headline-only: the EU's Irish presidency is proposing an 8% cut to the proposed 2028-2034 budget, taking it to €1.6 trillion, reported twice. European automakers are said to get breathing room from an EU-China hybrid car deal. China reports 10.52 million jobs created with new AI and services employment measures planned. The Form 4 stubs are echoed by headline summaries that do contain the amounts: Duolingo CEO Luis von Ahn sold $16.7 million of stock, Analog Devices officer Vivek Jain sold $2.16 million, IDT's Joyce Mason sold $92,570 of Class B on 7 October, and a Bumble director sold $6,956. A Nuveen portfolio manager bought $26,106. Beyond that, AnaptysBio is reported to have beaten earnings by $5.58 with revenue above estimates, Blackbaud is up 73% and Array Digital down 49% in two InvestingPro promotional pieces, EOS climbed 17%, and Zacks has a bull of the day (GigaCloud) and bear of the day (Shoe Station). None of these were read in full.
Farm equipment hit by USDA crop report and FTC probe
The clearest story in the feed is the selloff in agricultural machinery, covered from three angles. Deere fell 4.3% in afternoon trade to $624.59 after the USDA's October Crop Production and WASDE report put the U.S. corn yield at 181.2 bushels per acre, above both September's 178.5 and analyst expectations near 177.7, with soybean yields at a record 53.1 bpa. More supply means lower crop prices, less farm income and less capacity to buy machinery. On top of that, the FTC and USDA opened a joint public inquiry this week into possible anticompetitive conduct in the farm equipment market. JPMorgan raised its Deere target to $625 from $585 but kept a Neutral rating, which left the stock trading essentially at the target. Deere is down roughly 9% on the week, its worst week in over two years, against a 52-week high of $721.22. CNH Industrial fell 5.6% to $11.46 on the same drivers, with JPMorgan maintaining Underweight and lifting its target to $11 from $10, below the trading price. AGCO fell alongside both. Worth noting that the broad market was up while this happened, with the S&P 500 around +0.6% and the Dow about +0.9%, so this was sector-specific. Separate headline-only items in the feed cover the same event from the commodity side: corn near limit losses, soybeans fading, wheat lower, cotton mixed, all tied to the USDA raising production and stocks.
Telecom carriers sold off hard
The day's biggest single-name declines sit in telecom, visible in the market-mover tables inside the Investing.com pieces: T-Mobile US down roughly 13%, AT&T down about 10% on very heavy volume, and Verizon down about 8.8%, with Charter off around 5.7%. New highs and one new low
Three price-milestone pieces were read in full. Hewlett Packard Enterprise hit an all-time high of $73.28, a $97.1bn market cap, up 199.7% over a year and 187.5% in six months, with revenue growth of 26.6% over the trailing twelve months, a P/E of 37.15 and PEG of 0.28. Analysts split after its Networking Investor Day: Daiwa upgraded to Outperform with a $75 target, Truist went to $75, Piper Sandler to $70 at Neutral, Wells Fargo to $63 on the Juniper integration, while Evercore ISI downgraded to In Line at $65 on valuation. Nutanix touched a 52-week high of $74.43, up about 98% over six months and 41% year to date, with RBC and Needham both at $90, Needham separately at $85 citing fiscal 2027 revenue growth of 11-13%, Piper Sandler at $75 and Wells Fargo at $65. Vir Biotechnology reached a 52-week high of $11.96 on a $2bn market cap, up 104% over the year, after a Q2 2026 net income of $80.1m helped by an Astellas collaboration payment that pushed cash above $1bn. Going the other way, Evolution Metals & Technologies hit a 52-week low of $1.67, down 86.85% over twelve months, with EPS of -$1.89 and a recently signed agreement with Yorkville's YA II PN to issue up to $30.9m in convertible debentures, $22m of it immediately.
Trump announces Russian diesel deal
A large cluster of headline-only items, including Trump's own Truth Social post, states that he agreed with Putin for Russia to supply over 300,000 tons of diesel to the American and global market immediately, another 500,000 tons in November, 1,000,000 tons after that, and 3,000,000 tons within a short period. Separate wire headlines say the U.S. Treasury issued a general license authorising sale, delivery, offloading and import of Russian-origin diesel through April 7, 2027. Javier Blas notes the quantities are quite small relative to the market.
