Brief

The tape behind today's feed

Almost everything in this section was filed into a down day for US equities. The quote panels on the Investing.com pages read through the full-text items show the Nasdaq at 25,437, down 2.86%, the S&P 500 at 7,579.86, down 1.82%, the Dow down 1.09%, and the VIX up 13.02% to 19.44. The damage was concentrated in semis and hardware: Intel down 28.58% on 444.7 million shares, Sandisk down 13.42%, Datadog down 11.49%, Qualcomm down 11.13%, Astera Labs down 10.93%, AMD down 10.88%, Dell down 10.77%, Nvidia down 4.22%. The site's own most-read list points at the causes it is reporting: Intel's weak outlook dragging global chip names, the Nasdaq heading for its worst month since March 2025 on the AI trade, and a record hack at Binance that halted withdrawals and knocked digital assets and crypto stocks. In London the FTSE 100 finished essentially flat at 10,729.78, held up by AstraZeneca up 6.96% and BT up 6.71% against NatWest down 8.75% and Lloyds down 5.23%.

Iradimed at a 52-week low

Of the full-text items, Iradimed had the biggest single-name move, the stock marked at minus 10.57% as it hit a 52-week low of $76.39. The article ties this to the Q3 print: record revenue of $24.2 million against a $23.47 million forecast, up 14% year on year and 18% on the prior quarter, with non-GAAP EPS of $0.55 in line with estimates. The company trimmed the upper end of its full-year outlook alongside a decision to keep production growth controlled for quality reasons, which is the stated reason given for the sentiment shift. Market cap is $983 million, P/E 43, and the one-year total return is still near 14%.

Harley-Davidson and MarineMax at 52-week highs

Two 52-week highs with real content behind them. Harley-Davidson touched $31.13, up roughly 52% year to date, after a Q3 that actually missed on both lines, EPS of $0.40 against $0.47 expected and revenue of $964 million against $1.07 billion. The company lifted its outlook anyway, citing stronger retail demand, better margins and improved dealer health, and BofA Securities raised its target to $35 from $32 with a Buy rating, noting the result beat its own $0.21 EPS forecast. MarineMax hit $52.66, with a one-year total return of 121.8%, and the piece attributes the context to a reported $1.5 billion takeover including debt by Blackstone-owned Safe Harbor Marinas. Worth noting the same article carries the opposite signal on the underlying industry: Truist reported from the International BoatBuilders' Exhibition that the NMMA still rates major marine indicators as "caution" and "trouble" and forecasts a 3% to 5% drop in new powerboat retail sales in 2026, a sixth straight annual decline.

Two preferred shares at new lows

Both are AI-written Investing.com pieces with no company-specific cause given. SLM's Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Preferred Series B hit $69.15, a 52-week low, on a P/E of 6.24 and an 8.32% dividend yield, down 6.29% over a year but up 4.39% year to date; the article attributes the slide only to broader market trends. Bank OZK's 4.625% perpetual preferred Series A hit $14.55, down 14.55% over the past year, yielding 7.73%, with InvestingPro's fair value at $16.88. Again no specific driver, just "ongoing challenges and market conditions affecting the financial sector."

Revvity dividend and Red River earnings

Revvity's board declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.07 a share, payable 12 February 2027 to holders of record on 22 January 2027. The company did 2025 revenue of $2.9 billion with about 11,000 employees; the stock was marked down 5.30% on the day. Red River Bancshares reported Q3 EPS of $1.90, seven cents above the $1.83 estimate, on revenue of $34.8 million versus $34.27 million consensus. The stock closed at $102.10, flat over three months but up 57% over twelve, and had one negative EPS revision and no positive ones in the prior 90 days.

The 8-K stubs are empty

Seven of the twenty full reads were Form 8-K notices with no body text at all, just the filing line and the ticker: NCL Corporation, Precision Optics, Lattice Semiconductor, Pioneer Bancorp, NeoVolta, Clear Secure and Cable One. There is nothing to read into them beyond the fact of a filing. The same applies to the long tail of headline-only 8-K and Form 4 entries further down, which make up a large share of the 200 items here.

Analyst notes, headline only

A cluster of rating changes, which I have only as headlines. Raymond James raised its Regeneron target to $1,020 on a strong quarter. Evercore ISI cut Reddit on user growth concerns, with a second headline saying monetisation may not offset traffic weakness. Freedom Broker was busy in both directions: upgrades on Mondelez (volume growth) and Garrett Motion (profitability), a downgrade on RPC (cash flow) and a target cut on Digital Realty (higher WACC).

Dividends, capital raising and compliance notices

Dividend declarations in the headline-only list: Entergy raising its quarterly to $0.68, Carlisle at $1.25, Leidos raising to $0.45, ArcBest at $0.12, Ralliant at $0.05. On the balance sheet side, Procter & Gamble closed a $4 billion multi-maturity notes offering, Citibank is redeeming $2.5 billion of notes due 2026, Norwegian Cruise Line secured $5 billion of credit facilities for new ships, and Walker & Dunlop amended its credit agreement to increase revolving commitments. Separately there is a run of exchange compliance problems, all headline only: 3e Network and SVRN facing Nasdaq delisting, Parabolic Technologies receiving a delisting notice, Origin Agritech with a bid price deficiency notice, and Accendra Health with an NYSE non-compliance notice.

Macro and odds and ends

Headline-only items worth knowing exist: Trump said he is looking at the Binance hack and whether North Korea was behind it; Tether nearly doubled its reserve buffer to $8 billion with Q3 profit holding steady; employers at the Los Angeles and Long Beach seaports and the maritime watchmen union extended talks through 5 November; cocoa stayed weak on rising ICE inventories and possible Brazilian sales, and coffee closed sharply lower on the week. The remainder of the section is TradingView chart posts, Nasdaq moving-average and oversold screener items, and insider Form 4 filings, none of which carry reportable content.
