Celularity recapitalizes, stock up 14.4%

Nebius upgrade and the pricing story
Nebius is up 7.5%, and there are seven items on it covering the same event from different angles. BNP Paribas Exane's Stefan Slowinski moved the stock from Neutral to Outperform and raised his target to $399 from $260, about 76% above the prior close of $226.61. Xenon down 6.5%, azetukalner depression trials paused
XENE is down 6.5% on the quote. The TradingView write-up covers a separate and much larger session, a 30.69% drop to $39.75 on 17.95 million shares against a 1.26 million 30-day average, market cap falling to about $3.85 billion. The cause given is that Xenon paused new enrolment in trials of azetukalner for depression after neuropsychiatric adverse events not seen in earlier testing. Trials already running continue with current participants, data expected in early 2027. Surf Air up 14.8% on second software contract
