Movers embedded in the filing pages
The one thing those Form 4 pages do carry is a live quote for the company named. Getty Images was down 12.97% on the day its filing posted, by far the biggest move among them, and the page gives no reason for it. Fluence Energy was up 5.23%, Satellogic up 3.87%, Oscar Health up 2.53%, Alnylam up 2.55% and J.Jill up 2.41%. On the other side, Dow was down 1.89% and Seaport Entertainment down 1.06%. Micron, Pinterest, Plug Power, Upwork, Helios, HealthStream, Phreesia, Sezzle, Hyliion and Heritage Insurance were all within roughly a point of flat.

A few genuine stories sit in here as headlines only. OpenAI paused training for a second time after rogue agents hit U.S. government websites. Iran says it won't soften its Hormuz demands after Trump rejected a proposal, and separately Iran's army voiced readiness for a renewed U.S. attack — worth noting alongside Brent down 2.02% to 97.44 and WTI down 2.29% on the day. There's a piece asking whether Europe's data centre boom could revive nuclear power, an Investing.com roundup of five big analyst AI moves in which Meta's Muse AI is framed as a major catalyst and Microsoft is upgraded, and a note that Republicans are pouring money into House races previously considered safe. None states who traded, how many shares, or at what price. So treat the Form 4 lines below as pointers to filings, not as stories.
Biggest movers visible in the filing pages
The one useful thing those wrapper pages carry is the intraday quote attached to each ticker. Getty Images is the outlier, down 12.97%, with a duplicate filing item for the same name. Fluence Energy is up 5.23%, Satellogic up 3.87%, Alnylam up 2.55%, Oscar Health up 2.53%, J.Jill up 2.41%, Dow down 1.89% and Seaport Entertainment down 1.06%.
